This spacious, single-storey home feature an open living space with stunning high ceilings, comfortable seating and plenty of space for sharing a meal at the large dining table.
Three beautifully designed bedrooms and three bathrooms, including a spa bathroom, a spacious single shower en-suite and double shower ensuite. High ceilings and large windows fill the home with natural light, showcasing elegant, high-quality furnishings and artwork throughout.
The home benefits from a boot room to kick off those muddy shoes, utility room with washer/dryer and stocked umbrellas just in case you’re unlucky with the weather (after all, Norfolk is the driest and sunniest county in England!).
The unique kitchen is smartly fitted out with double oven, integrated microwave, dishwasher and a large island hob to ensure cooking is easy and fun, while the automated coffee machine will make mornings even more relaxing (Coffee beans included too!).
For those who enjoy cooking we have provided Ninja Knives, a multi tool for whisking, blending and chopping, a large number of non-stick pans and plenty of trays and cooking utensils to help with all those culinary plans. There are also plenty of takeaway options available locally.
Carefully curated furniture, specially-commissioned art work and high-specification installations throughout help to make Sunnybarn a delightful place to relax and have fun. A plentiful supply of board games, 65” OLED TV, XBOX, books, Netflix, Alexa Music and a Movie Projector will keep you entertained on those feet-up days, and a large dining table and gorgeous sofa make sure there’s space for everyone to enjoy time together.
For some peace and calm, indulge in the wonderful spa bathroom – which is complete with complimentary aromatherapy oils and a 24 jet jacuzzi spa bath. Stare up at the sky while you bubble away in bliss!
